Responsibilities

• Assist vehicle owners with inquiries regarding technical specifications, service appointments, and navigation systems.
• Manage communication across various digital channels, ensuring a premium customer experience consistent with automotive industry standards.
• Troubleshoot automotive software and digital interface concerns with efficiency and professional courtesy.
