PHC Europe BV is seeking a highly autonomous Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and market development for PHC Europe products and services within Belgium. Remote role in Belgium, focusing on building the territory from the ground up and achieving commercial success.

You will travel within Belgium to meet prospects, customers and end users, deliver presentations, product demonstrations and training, and collaborate with the Marketing Manager on promotional and business

Qualifications

• Proven success in business development and sales in Life Sciences, Diagnostics, Medical Device or Pharmaceuticals.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build territory from scratch.
• Strong commercial acumen with track record of revenue growth.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management.
• Independent worker with ownership of market development in evolving environment.
• Experience managing sales pipelines, forecasting, and CRM systems.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales and market development for PHC Europe products and services in Belgium.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects, customers and end users through site visits, seminars, exhibitions and networking.
• Identify new business opportunities and support market penetration and growth.
• Organise and execute promotional, marketing and business development activities with Marketing Manager.
• Deliver presentations, product demonstrations and technical training.
• Attend sales meetings to contribute to market development and strategic growth initiatives.
• Develop annual budgets, monthly forecasts and action plans with Export Manager.
