Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Data & Systems Specialist to support data quality, CRM administration, and integrations across global teams in a fully remote role. You will develop dashboards and reports, manage data workflows, and collaborate with the Data and Technology Lead to implement scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes data governance, API integrations, and responsible use of AI tools to improve operational efficiency and decision-making across an international nonprofit context.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• At least 3 years in data management, analytics, CRM administration and reporting.
• Experience with APIs and Salesforce is preferred.
• Experience in multinational or international nonprofit environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data quality, reliability, and consistency across systems.
• Administer CRM platforms, configure fields, forms, workflows and reports.
• Build and monitor integrations and automated workflows between platforms.
• Develop reports and dashboards for internal teams and leadership.
• Analyze digital engagement and campaign performance for insights.
• Collaborate with teams to apply AI tools responsibly and effectively.
