Job summary

The Lotus Bakeries Group is seeking a Group HR Data & Systems Analyst to optimise HR systems, processes and people analytics across the Group. You will drive data quality, reporting and digitalisation to support business decisions and growth.

In this role you will manage HR data across multiple countries, develop dashboards, and collaborate with HR, ICT and local teams on system improvements, training and documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Engineering, Economics, Data Analytics, HR or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Technology, Data Analytics, Consultancy or a similar role.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, HR Systems and/or Power BI is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
• Strong affinity with AI, automation and digital transformation to enhance HR processes and data insights.

Responsibilities

• Support international HR technology projects and digitalisation initiatives.
• Maintain and improve HR systems through data management, system testing, user support and training materials.
• Ensure the quality, consistency and integrity of HR data across multiple countries and entities for reporting and decision-making.
• Act as the first point of contact for local HR teams regarding HRIS, reporting and data questions.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards, KPI reporting and workforce analytics for stakeholders.
• Analyse workforce data, identify trends and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Contribute to standardisation, automation and continuous improvement of HR processes across the Group.
• Support audit and compliance activities by maintaining HR documentation and control measures.

The Group HR Data & Systems Analyst plays a key role in optimising HR systems, processes and people analytics across the Group. Combining a passion for data and technology with strong analytical skills, you help drive efficient HR processes, high-quality people data and reliable HR reporting that supports business decision-making and the growth of our organisation.

About the job

• Support international HR technology projects and digitalisation initiatives in collaboration with Group HR, local HR teams and ICT.
• Help maintain and continuously improve HR systems through data management, system testing, user support and the development of user guides and training materials.
• Ensure the quality, consistency and integrity of HR data across multiple countries and entities, providing a solid foundation for reporting and decision-making.
• Act as the first point of contact for local HR teams regarding HRIS, reporting and data-related questions.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards, KPI reporting and workforce analytics to provide meaningful insights to stakeholders.
• Analyse workforce and organisational data, identify trends and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Contribute to the standardisation, automation and continuous improvement of HR processes and practices across the Group.
• Support audit and compliance activities by maintaining accurate HR documentation, process descriptions and control measures.

About you

To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to have:

• A Master's degree in Business Engineering, Economics, Data Analytics, Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Technology, Data Analytics, Consultancy or a similar role.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, HR Systems and/or Power BI is a plus.
• Strong interest in HR technology, data analytics and process optimisation.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
• Strong affinity with AI, automation and digital transformation, and a keen interest in leveraging emerging technologies to enhance HR processes, data insights and user experience.
• A proactive, eager-to-learn mindset combined with strong organisational skills.
