Job summary

HUNTR in Ghent is seeking a Customer Success Manager to nurture long-term client relationships in a fast-growing HR tech SaaS environment. You will onboard new clients, map accounts, and drive adoption while collaborating with Product and IT to troubleshoot and optimize the platform.

Fluent in English and Dutch or French, you thrive in a collaborative, entrepreneurial team and enjoy working with international clients across Belgium. Remote-friendly with regular meet-ups in Ghent or Antwerp.

Qualifications

• We are looking for a true team player who puts the client first and has a passion for technology.
• You are fluent in English and Dutch/French.
• Previous experience in a customer success or support role is a big plus.
• You have an international mindset and can be described as an entrepreneurial commercial prodigy with a specialty in client relations.

Responsibilities

• Setting up workshops with new clients
• Onboarding new clients within your portfolio
• Account mapping
• Account management (cross-sell within current client accounts)
• Training and enablement of clients
• Collaborate with Product & IT to troubleshoot and optimize the platform
• Be the go-to person for all after-sales matters within your client portfolio
