Bellerose is seeking a CRM & Growth Marketing Specialist for a temporary replacement in Belgium. The role focuses on managing email campaigns, automations, and customer journeys to drive growth and loyalty. You will analyze CRM performance, create segmentation strategies, and support A/B testing across teams.

The position is 36 hours per week, 5–6 months, with a mix of onsite at Groot-Bijgaarden and remote work. Join a dynamic fashion brand with international reach and collaborative teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize email campaigns, automations and customer journeys.
