Job summary

Maasmechelen Village is seeking an Email Campaign Specialist to own end-to-end CRM programs across email, push notifications, mobile wallet passes, and WhatsApp/SMS. You will translate promotions and loyalty initiatives into premium campaigns, brief the creative team, and build journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Reporting to the Communications & Content Manager, you’ll optimize flows, segment audiences, monitor KPIs, and ensure on-brand messaging for major calendar moments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in email marketing or campaign management.
• Experience with fashion/retail brands or agencies.
• Proven ability to turn promotions into premium campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and execute end-to-end email and campaign communications across channels.
• Develop and optimise behavior-triggered flows and lifecycle campaigns.
• Segment and target campaigns to maximise guest relevance and footfall.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Retail and Partnerships to align campaign calendars.
