Netskope is seeking a Sr. Manager, Regional Sales in Europe to lead a high-performing enterprise sales team and map complex security solutions to customer challenges. You will recruit, train, and manage sales leadership, forecast accurately, and drive quota attainment while upholding Netskope’s culture of integrity.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and travel within the region to build a premier cloud security organization.

Responsabilités

• Directly supervise 10 -15 enterprise sales representatives.
• Hire, train and manage top caliber Regional Sales Managers
• Communicate effectively throughout the organization, forecast accurately, adds value in sales cycles and enhance our culture.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
• Direct sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
• Direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales program.
• Be an integral part of the sales leadership team, foster a positive, achievement-oriented environment while supporting and maintaining the company’s culture and reputation of integrity
