NVISO is looking for a Sales Manager for Managed Security Services (MSS) located in Germany. You will drive MSS sales, expand through channels, and manage direct and partner relationships to grow NVISO’s MSS business in the German market.

You will lead go-to-market, identify prospects, and coordinate with solution leads, pre-sales, and delivery teams to secure contracts and create a high-value customer journey across Europe.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in MSS sales or MSS consulting with proven pipeline growth.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to structure joint business plans.
• Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills at executive and operational levels.
• Proficient in CRM/PRM tools and data-driven performance reporting.
• Fluency in German and English (C1 level) required.

Responsabilités

• Drive MSS sales in Germany.
• Develop and execute go-to-market plan for MSS in Germany.
• Identify, engage and win new direct prospects and strategic partners.
• Sell directly and via partnerships; build a strong sales pipeline.
• Lead commercial discussions, proposals and contract negotiations.
• Coordinate with MSS leadership, pre-sales and delivery teams for a smooth customer journey.
• Represent NVISO in client, partner meetings and industry events.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene.
• Contribute to partner enablement and joint account planning.
