Specter in Belgium is seeking a motivated recruiter/consultant to match IT consultants with client projects, build a strong professional network within your IT specialization, and develop lasting relationships with both consultants and clients.

You will guide conversations from the first contact through project start, take ownership of your market, and pursue ambitious targets in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.

Your role

• Match IT consultants with client projects
• Build a network within your IT specialization
• Develop relationships with consultants and clients
• Guide both parties from the first conversation through the project start
• Take ownership of your market and working approach

Your profile

• You speak English fluently (minimum C1)
• You are communicative, driven, and eager to learn
• You are interested in people, business, and technology
• You enjoy freedom, responsibility, and ambitious targets
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree is preferred, but motivation and potential matter most
• Experience in sales or recruitment is an advantage, but not required
