Sopra Steria Belgium is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a supportive recruitment team, where your main focus will be identifying and hiring candidates for consultancy positions deployed at leading organizations in Belgium.

You will own the full recruitment cycle, from vacancy publication to onboarding, while leveraging ATS tools and LinkedIn Recruiter. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, and prior IT recruitment experience is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in recruitment, IT focus preferred.
• Structured, curious, and detail-oriented in CVs and interviews.
• Comfortable speaking with a wide variety of profiles, including technical backgrounds.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage full end-to-end recruitment process from vacancy to onboarding.
• Publish vacancies, screen CVs, conduct first interviews, give candidate feedback, and discuss offers.
• Proactively source via LinkedIn, job boards, job fairs and networking.
• Present clear candidate reports and contribute to employer branding.

Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll join a supportive and dynamic recruitment team, where your main focus will be identifying and hiring candidates for consultancy positions within Sopra Steria, deployed at leading organizations in Belgium.

You'll work across the full recruitment cycle and closely collaborate with the Business Line, HR business partner, capacity manager, people managers and technical interviewers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• You will be responsible for the full end-to-end recruitment process.
• The recruitment process includes: publication of vacancies, CV screening, first interviews, feedback to candidates, offer discussions and onboardings
• Sourcing proactively through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, job fairs, and networking
• Presenting clear and detailed candidate reports
• Taking part in employer branding and process improvement initiatives when relevant
• You develop into the expert when it comes to our target groups and know how to provide the business with trends, market information and other data within the target groups to be recruited
• You will also attend job fairs together with your HR colleagues

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, either in-house or at a recruitment agency, preferably in IT recruitment
• You're naturally structured, curious, and enjoy digging deeper into CVs and interviews.
• You're comfortable speaking with a wide variety of profiles, often with technical backgrounds.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (French is an extra asset)
• You’re flexible and able to work from our office in Diegem
• You have a general interest in IT or technological innovation
• You have prior experience with an ATS systems (e.g. SmartRecruiters, SuccessFactors,...), Excel, and LinkedIn Recruiter
