Specter bikes is seeking a Junior Sales in Wondelgem, Belgium. This full-time role focuses on becoming an expert on Specter products and serving as the first point of contact for prospects, dealers, and customers. You will join test events and trade shows, and handle shipments to ensure a smooth handover to new owners.

Ideal candidates are hands-on, energetic, and eager to learn, with a passion for bikes and mobility. Saturdays and Sundays event participation is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license (B).
• Good communication in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
• Willingness to work Saturdays; participation in test events and trade shows on Sundays.

Responsabilités

• Become an expert on Specter products, from technical specs to riding experience.
• Be the first contact for prospects, dealer network and end customers.
• Attend test events and trade shows as a welcoming host for future riders.
• Manage shipments and deliveries to ensure Specter reaches its new owner smoothly.

Specter is on the lookout for a Junior Sales

At Specter we build S-pedelecs: fast, powerful speed pedelecs for anyone who wants to rethink their commute. Everything is developed and assembled in-house at our factory in Wondelgem, Belgium. To further grow our sales, we're looking for a Junior Sales to strengthen our team.

Attitude over experience

A hunger to learn matters more to us than a long resume. Being hands-on and quick on your feet is paramount. Experience in sales, hospitality or a customer-facing role is a plus, but your energy and curiosity count the most.

Key Responsibilities

• Become a true expert on our products, from technical specs to everyday riding experience
• Be the first point of contact for prospects, our dealer network and end customers
• Join the team at test events and trade shows, and be a welcoming host to our (future) riders
• Take charge of shipments and deliveries, making sure every Specter reaches its new owner smoothly

Requirements

• A valid driver's licence (B)
• Good communication skills in Dutch and English, French is a plus
• Availability to work on Saturdays
• Flexibility to join test events and trade shows, which also take place on Sundays
• A passion for bikes, mobility or technology
