SThree Group is seeking ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultants to join our Antwerp teams across Progressive and Computer Futures brands. You will recruit professionals in energy, software, data, cloud, and cybersecurity, while driving business development and client relationships.

We offer uncapped commissions, award-winning training, and clear progression in an international, collaborative environment. Fluent English is required, with either French or Dutch as the second language.

Qualifications

• Experience in 360 recruitment, sales, or a client-facing commercial role.
• Autonomy, a proactive mindset, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent French and English or fluent Dutch and English.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive approach.

Responsabilités

• Identify and prospect new clients.
• Build and develop strong business relationships.
• Negotiate and close commercial agreements.
• Respond to tenders and RFPs.
• Advise clients on recruitment strategies.
• Source, assess and select professionals for your clients.
• Conduct interviews and reference checks.
• Support candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare quotations and commercial proposals.
• Monitor assignments and ensure appropriate follow-up.

Your Responsibilities

Business Development

• Identify and prospect new clients
• Build and develop strong business relationships
• Negotiate and close commercial agreements
• Respond to tenders and RFPs

Recruitment & Consulting

• Analyse clients' specific hiring needs
• Advise clients on recruitment strategies
• Source, assess and select the best professionals for your clients
• Conduct interviews and reference checks
• Support candidates throughout the recruitment process

Administrative Management

• Prepare quotations and commercial proposals
• Monitor assignments and ensure appropriate follow-up

Compensation
