Eurostar International is seeking a Planner & Rostering professional within the Operations Department in Belgium to design and adapt the commercial transport plan and manage staff for its implementation, including TD, TM, and Paris-Nord personnel.

You will schedule personnel, monitor attendance, coordinate with crisis teams, and support crews during disruptions, with emphasis on fluent French and Dutch, willingness to work shifts including weekends, and a first experience in the railway sector.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and Dutch.
• Experience in the railway sector is required or preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends.

Responsabilités

• Design and adapt the commercial transport plan for Eurostar service.
• Manage staff orders and scheduling to ensure coverage in Belgium and Paris.
• Monitor attendance, validate service logs, and update reports (TAM TAM).
• Coordinate bookings, transportation, and crisis resources with relevant teams.
• Assist Crew Dispatchers during disruptions and support crisis response.
