Crowne Plaza Brussels Airport is seeking a Public Area Cleaner on a replacement contract to join our Housekeeping team and help ensure that our hotel remains clean, welcoming and well-maintained for our guests.

You will clean public areas and selected guest rooms, replenish supplies, assist guests, report issues and work closely with the team in a dynamic international hotel environment. Weekend and public holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Reliable, organised and service-oriented.
• Able to work independently or in a team.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
• Flexible to work weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in housekeeping, cleaning or hospitality is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Clean and maintain the hotel's public areas and selected guest rooms according to quality standards.
• Ensure all assigned areas are clean and presentable at all times.
• Replenish supplies and amenities when needed.
• Assist guests with requests and provide excellent service.
• Report maintenance issues, lost property and incidents to the supervisor.
• Assist with laundry, deliveries and deep-cleaning activities.
• Work closely with Housekeeping and other departments.
