Crowne Plaza Brussels Airport is seeking a Front Office Night Auditor for a replacement contract in Diegem. You will be the main contact for guests and oversee night operations, ensuring a smooth experience during check-in/out and maintaining safety.

Fluency in French and/or English (Dutch a plus), teamwork, strong communication, and at least 1 year of night-audit or receptionist experience are required. The role offers ongoing IHG training in a dynamic, international hotel environment.

Responsabilités

• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and room changes with accuracy.

• Process cashier duties, audits, and daily financial reports.
• Prepare night and morning reports and keep front desk tidy.
• Provide operational instructions to other departments.

We are looking for a dynamic and service-oriented Front Office night auditor to join our team for an replacement contract. You will be the main point of contact for our guests and play a key role in their experience at our hotel.

Main Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Assist guests, e.g., provide a toothbrush or directions

Handle check-ins, check-outs, and room changes

Act as Manager on Duty: responsible for the hotel and guests in the absence of management, ensuring safety and comfort

Handle guest complaints and resolve a variety of challenges (maintenance, alarms, suspicious guests, etc.)

Attend to guest requests regarding safe deposit boxes

Administrative:

Maintain knowledge of departmental standards and procedures

Manage cashier float and daily financial reports

Perform audits and prepare necessary documents for audits

Be knowledgeable of reservation procedures and special promotion programs (loyalty programs)

Check night reports and prepare morning reports

Keep the front desk area clean and organized

Communication & Coordination:

Provide operational instructions to various departments

Report important situations to supervisors and colleagues

Assist with room service: reheat and serve simple dishes prepared by the kitchen

Familiarize with emergency and evacuation procedures

What We Need from You:
