Crowne Plaza Brussels Airport is seeking a Public Area Cleaner on a replacement contract to join our housekeeping team and ensure a clean, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for our guests. Responsibilities include cleaning public areas and some guest rooms, replenishing supplies, assisting guests, and reporting issues to the supervisor.

Prior hospitality or cleaning experience is a plus; weekend and holiday work is required.

Qualifications

• You are dynamic, organized and service-oriented.
• You can work independently as well as in a team.
• You have good physical condition and are comfortable standing most of the day.
• You are flexible and available to work weekends and public holidays.
• Previous experience in hospitality or cleaning is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Clean and maintain the hotel’s public areas and selected guest rooms according to our quality standards.
• Ensure that all assigned areas are clean and presentable at all times.
• Replenish supplies and amenities when needed.
• Assist guests with their requests and provide excellent service.
• Report maintenance issues, lost property and any incidents to the supervisor.
• Assist with laundry, deliveries and deep-cleaning activities.
• Work closely with the Housekeeping team and other departments.

• - Une première expérience dans l’hôtellerie ou le nettoyage est un plus.
