Job summary

D-ploy is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Workplace Services to lead IT workplace initiatives, strengthen governance, and ensure successful delivery in a dynamic international environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and skilled at stakeholder management.

You will coordinate internal teams and external vendors, manage project plans and risks, and ensure communications across technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Extensive IT project management experience, preferably in Workplace Services or End-User Computing.
• Proven track record delivering complex cross-functional IT workplace projects in international orgs.
• Strong knowledge of modern workplace technologies, endpoint management, and IT service delivery.
• Experience coordinating internal teams, external vendors, and managed service providers.
• Knowledge of PM methodologies, governance frameworks, and IT service management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate IT workplace projects, including end-user computing, device lifecycle management, workplace technologies, and related IT services.
• Establish and maintain structured Workplace Services governance, ensuring clear ownership, defined processes, and alignment with standards.
• Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and service providers to ensure effective collaboration and successful project execution.
• Manage project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and escalations, driving accountability and timely resolution of delivery challenges.
• Ensure consistent communication, reporting, and alignment across technical teams, service owners, business stakeholders, and senior management.
• Ensure project activities follow established change management procedures, documentation standards, and applicable compliance requirements.

• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, cross-functional IT workplace projects in international organizations.
• Solid understanding of modern workplace technologies, endpoint management, device lifecycle processes, and IT service delivery.
• Experience coordinating internal technical teams, external vendors, and managed service providers.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and IT service management principles.
• Experience working in complex, process-driven environments with strong governance, quality, and compliance standards is considered an advantage.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, drive accountability, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is considered an advantage.
• Valid criminal record extract, not older than three months, required.
