Job summary

D-ploy GmbH is hiring an experienced Project Manager – Network Services to lead IT infrastructure and network projects across an international environment. You will drive delivery, manage stakeholders, and ensure alignment with business objectives and operational requirements.

The role requires strong organizational skills, extensive PM experience in network infrastructure, and fluency in English. Certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2 are advantageous, and a valid criminal record extract is

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, Business Admin, or related field.
• Extensive IT project management experience, preferably in network infrastructure.
• Proven track record delivering complex cross-functional IT infrastructure projects internationally.
• Solid understanding of enterprise networking concepts and IT operations.
• Experience coordinating internal teams, vendors and MSPs.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies, governance and ITSM.
• Experience in process-driven environments with governance and compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced env.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• PM certifications like PMP/PRINCE2 are advantages.
• Valid criminal record extract not older than three months.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Network Services to lead and coordinate IT infrastructure and network-related projects within a dynamic international environment.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized, proactive professional with strong project delivery experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive complex initiatives while ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate network infrastructure and connectivity-related projects, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards.
• Establish and maintain structured Network Services governance, ensuring clear ownership, defined processes, and alignment with organizational standards.
• Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and service providers to ensure effective collaboration and project execution.
• Manage project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and escalations, driving accountability and timely resolution of delivery challenges.
• Ensure consistent communication and reporting across technical teams, service owners, and senior stakeholders.
• Ensure project activities follow established change management procedures, documentation standards, and applicable compliance requirements.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in IT project management, preferably within network infrastructure, connectivity, or enterprise IT services.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, cross-functional IT infrastructure projects in international environments.
• Solid understanding of enterprise networking concepts, network services, and IT infrastructure operations.
• Experience coordinating internal technical teams, external vendors, and managed service providers.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and IT service management principles.
• Experience working in complex, process-driven environments with strong governance, quality, and compliance standards is considered an advantage.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, drive accountability, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is considered an advantage.
• Valid criminal record extract, not older than three months, required.
