Job summary

D-ploy GmbH is seeking an experienced Senior Transformation PMO to drive complex transformation programs across international regions. The role focuses on strengthening governance, aligning multiple strategic projects, and delivering measurable outcomes through structured PMO practices.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in senior PMO or transformation management within global organizations and a solid background in governance, IT service delivery, and agile methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in senior PMO, program management, or transformation management roles within complex international organizations.
• Proven experience supporting large-scale business or IT transformation initiatives, ideally involving M&A or post-merger integration.
• Strong understanding of program governance, IT service delivery frameworks, and project management methodologies.
• Experience establishing or improving PMO standards, reporting structures, governance processes, and delivery practices.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or equivalent project/program management certification is considered an advantage.
• Valid criminal record extract, not older than three months, required.

• Establish and maintain effective governance frameworks across programs, projects, and IT service delivery initiatives.
• Drive communication, collaboration, and alignment between program managers, service owners, technical teams, and senior stakeholders.
• Ensure consistency in project management practices, including reporting, documentation, risk management, and milestone tracking.
• Support the development and implementation of Product Ownership standards and capability delivery frameworks.
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges, ensuring accountability and alignment with strategic objectives.

• PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or equivalent project/program management certification is considered an advantage.
