D-ploy GmbH is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Workplace Services to lead IT workplace initiatives across international teams. You will strengthen governance, align with business objectives, and drive successful delivery with stakeholders across multiple regions.

The ideal candidate has strong project delivery experience, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives while adhering to governance and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in IT project management, preferably within Workplace Services or EUC.
• Proven track record delivering complex cross-functional IT workplace projects in international orgs.
• Solid understanding of workplace technologies, endpoint management, and IT service delivery.
• Experience coordinating internal teams, external vendors, and managed service providers.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies, governance frameworks, and ITSM.
• Experience in process-driven environments with governance, quality, and compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and organization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent cert is an advantage.
• Valid criminal record extract not older than three months.

• Establish and maintain structured Workplace Services governance with clear ownership.
• Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and service providers for project delivery.
• Manage project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and escalations.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized, proactive professional with strong project delivery experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives while ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate IT workplace projects, including end-user computing, device lifecycle management, workplace technologies, and related IT services.
• Establish and maintain structured Workplace Services governance, ensuring clear ownership, defined processes, and alignment with organizational standards.
• Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and service providers to ensure effective collaboration and successful project execution.
• Manage project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and escalations, driving accountability and timely resolution of delivery challenges.
• Ensure consistent communication, reporting, and alignment across technical teams, service owners, business stakeholders, and senior management.
• Ensure project activities follow established change management procedures, documentation standards, and applicable compliance requirements.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in IT project management, preferably within Workplace Services, End-User Computing (EUC), or enterprise IT environments.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, cross-functional IT workplace projects in international organizations.
• Solid understanding of modern workplace technologies, endpoint management, device lifecycle processes, and IT service delivery.
• Experience coordinating internal technical teams, external vendors, and managed service providers.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and IT service management principles.
• Experience working in complex, process-driven environments with strong governance, quality, and compliance standards is considered an advantage.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, drive accountability, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is considered an advantage.
• Valid criminal record extract, not older than three months, required.
