D-ploy is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Network Services to lead IT infrastructure and network projects in a dynamic international setting. The role demands strong organization, proactive delivery, and excellent stakeholder management to align initiatives with business goals and operations.

The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and service providers, ensuring governance, quality, and compliance while maintaining clear communication with senior stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in IT project management, preferably within network infrastructure, connectivity, or enterprise IT services.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional IT infrastructure projects in international environments.
• Solid understanding of enterprise networking concepts, network services, and IT infrastructure operations.
• Experience coordinating internal technical teams, external vendors, and managed service providers.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and IT service management principles.
• Experience in process-driven environments with governance, quality, and compliance standards is advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is advantageous.
• Valid criminal record extract not older than three months.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Network Services to lead and coordinate IT infrastructure and network-related projects within a dynamic international environment.
