Job summary

OneSource Consulting seeks a senior PMO professional to lead governance, program and portfolio management within the Transformation Office. You will coordinate SteerCo, monitor progress and budgets, and produce dashboards and reports for decision makers.

Requirements include a Master's degree and 10+ years in PMO/portfolio transformation, with strong analytical and synthesis skills. On-site work Loading: 2–3 days per week in Belgium.

Job Description:

• Within Client, the Transformation Office leads, governs and coordinates the portfolio of transformation programmes and projects (evolution of structures, processes and systems).
• Operational back-office of the Transformation Office, in support of the Head of Transformation Office and the Lead of Transformation Office in the steering, governance and coordination of the transformation portfolio. The consultant ensures the consolidation of management information in order to provide management with a clear and decision-oriented vision.
