Job summary

In4Matic is seeking an experienced transformation and portfolio management professional to support governance, coordination and follow-up of a strategic transformation portfolio. You will work with the Head of Transformation Office to ensure reliable information, clear decision-making support and strong oversight across initiatives related to organizational, process and systems change.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in management, engineering, or equivalent field.
• At least 10 years of experience in PMO, program/portfolio management or transformation.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills for complex information.
• Systemic thinking and ability to integrate multiple workstreams.
• Effective collaboration with IT, business teams, sponsors and leadership.

Technical Skills

• Strong background in program management and transformation portfolio governance, with knowledge of PMBOK and Agile.
• Experience with budget consolidation, integrated planning, and reporting tools, including BI, MS Office, and MS Project.
• Ability to analyze and structure the organizational impact of a transformation program.

Profile

• Master’s degree in management, engineering, or an equivalent field.
• At least 10 years of experience in PMO, program management, portfolio management, or transformation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize and structure complex information.
• Systemic thinking and the ability to integrate multiple workstreams.
• Effective collaboration and influence skills with IT, business teams, sponsors, and leadership.
• Clear and structured communication, with the ability to translate complex topics into actionable decisions.
• Diplomatic approach in a multi-stakeholder environment.
