Job summary

Function

Our client is looking for an experienced transformation and portfolio management professional to support the coordination, governance, and follow-up of a strategic transformation portfolio. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Transformation Office to ensure reliable information, clear decision-making support, and strong oversight across multiple initiatives linked to organizational, process, and systems change.

Responsibilities

• Support the governance and preparation of steering committees.
• Track the progress of projects and programs within the transformation portfolio.
• Consolidate budget information and support budget follow-up.
• Maintain the integrated roadmap and overall planning.
• Monitor risks, dependencies, and required arbitrations.

Technical Skills

• Strong background in program management and transformation portfolio governance, with knowledge of PMBOK and Agile.
• Experience with budget consolidation, integrated planning, and reporting tools, including BI, MS Office, and MS Project.
• Ability to analyze and structure the organizational impact of a transformation program.

Profile

• Master’s degree in management, engineering, or an equivalent field.
• At least 10 years of experience in PMO, program management, portfolio management, or transformation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize and structure complex information.
• Systemic thinking and the ability to integrate multiple workstreams.
• Effective collaboration and influence skills with IT, business teams, sponsors, and leadership.
• Clear and structured communication, with the ability to translate complex topics into actionable decisions.
• Diplomatic approach in a multi-stakeholder environment.
