Ampacimon Belgium is seeking an experienced Product Manager to scale GridBoost, bridging strategy, customers and R&D, with ownership of the product backlog and roadmap.

Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will lead sprint planning, translate business goals into user stories and support sales and delivery teams while traveling internationally.

You will shape the product strategy for a data-driven grid optimization platform used by utilities worldwide, driving growth and product excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management or Product Owner roles.
• Experience with software development teams and translating needs into features.
• Willingness to travel internationally for customer meetings, workshops and events.
• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering or related technical field.

Responsabilités

• Shaping the product strategy and maintaining the roadmap.
• Own the product backlog and lead sprint planning with R&D.
• Translate business goals into detailed features and user stories.
• Collaborate with Sales and Delivery to enable pre-sales and delivery.
• Lead release management and QA processes for high-quality releases.
