Everience Benelux is seeking an experienced Product Owner to join a major digital transformation program in Brussels. You will help develop data-driven, decision-support solutions for grid planning and long-term investment decisions.

Working at the intersection of business, IT, data and energy, you will bridge Grid Development experts with multidisciplinary delivery teams, defining the product vision, prioritising the backlog and guiding agile delivery.

Responsabilités

• Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap and priorities
• Own, prioritize and continuously improve the product backlog
• Translate complex business needs into clear product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Work closely with business experts, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, IT and Data teams
• Lead continuous discovery with end users and expert communities
• Coordinate sprint and release planning and manage cross-team dependencies
• Ensure delivered solutions meet business needs and support user adoption
• Drive Agile ways of working, continuous improvement and pragmatic innovation
