Elia Group in Belgium is seeking a Product Owner for the SGS product team to translate business needs into prioritized, delivery-ready backlogs. You will bridge Grid Development experts with digital delivery teams to shape data-driven grid planning capabilities and decision-support tools.

You will lead continuous discovery with end users, manage releases, and align stakeholders across SGS, GD, IT and Data communities, ensuring value delivery and adoption of new capabilities.

Qualifications

• Master level or equivalent with proven experience in Agile, digital or product-oriented environments.
• Strong understanding of energy sector context and grid development planning.
• Experience with data products, analytical tools or decision-support tooling is a plus.
• Able to translate user needs into clear product outcomes and acceptance criteria.

Responsabilités

• Define and communicate product vision, priorities and roadmap for SGS product team.
• Own, prioritize and continuously improve the backlog with clear epics and stories.
• Run continuous discovery with end users to validate needs and priorities.
• Coordinate sprint and release planning across SGS teams to ensure coherence.
• Align stakeholders across SGS, GD, IT, Data and expert communities.
• Accept completed stories, ensure testing and documentation, support adoption.
• Promote Agile practices and continuous improvement in data quality and study execution.
