Elia Group is hiring a Product Owner for the SGS product line within Grid Development. You will translate long-term grid planning challenges into a prioritized backlog and drive value for the digital, data and decision-support tools that enable smarter investment decisions.

You will work across Grid Development, IT and data teams to ensure delivery meets end-user needs, maintain a clear roadmap, and foster continuous learning and improvement in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Master level or equivalent with proven P.O./PM/BA experience in an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of the energy sector, grid development and long-term planning.
• Experience with data products or decision-support tooling is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French are welcome.

Responsabilités

• Define and communicate the product vision, priorities and roadmap for the SGS product team.
• Own and prioritize the backlog with clear epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct continuous discovery with Grid Development communities and end users.
• Coordinate sprint and release planning with other SGS Product Owners.
• Align stakeholders across SGS, GD, IT and data teams on scope and value.
• Accept stories, ensure testing and documentation, support adoption by users.
• Promote Agile practice and continuous improvement for quality and efficiency.
