Elia Group in Brussels seeks a Product Owner Grid Development to lead the SGS product team and translate vision into a clear, prioritized backlog. You will align with Grid Development, IT and data delivery teams to enable smarter investment decisions and resilient grid planning.

You will drive discovery with end users, ensure acceptance criteria are met, and coordinate sprint and release planning with other Product Owners to keep releases coherent across SGS.

Qualifications

• Master level or equivalent by experience in an Agile, digital or product-oriented environment.
• Strong understanding of the energy sector and Grid Development context.
• Translate user needs into clear product outcomes and acceptance criteria.

Responsabilités

• Define product vision, priorities and roadmap for the SGS product team.
• Own and improve the backlog with epics, stories and acceptance criteria.
• Run continuous discovery with end users to ground priorities in validated needs.
• Coordinate sprint and release planning with SGS Product Owners for coherence.
• Align stakeholders across SGS, GD, IT, Data and expert communities.
• Accept stories, ensure testing and documentation, support adoption by users.
• Promote Agile practices and continuous improvement.
