Job summary

Wonka is building an AI adoption platform for the Belgian construction sector. As the Business Analyst, you will own the functional and product side of a live platform, interfacing between end users and developers to translate insights into tickets and shipped features.

You will regularly engage with construction professionals, run user tests, document requirements, and drive adoption through structured feedback loops.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis or a similar role.
• Experience writing functional analyses and gathering user insights.
• Experience working directly with end users and driving adoption.
• Fluency in French, Dutch and English; internal communications in English.

Responsibilities

• Run user testing sessions with end users and capture learnings.
• Log feature requests and score by user insight and priority.
• Write functional analyses with context, scope, current/target state and acceptance criteria.
• Create user stories and acceptance criteria from analyses for developers.
• Serve as daily functional contact for product owner and client BA.
• Support adoption by tracking usage and addressing friction with end users.
