Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to join a global B2B eCommerce transformation project in West-Vlaanderen, Belgium. You will lead a team of analysts and partner with business and engineering teams to deliver modernization initiatives in a hybrid work setup.

You will own requirements, drive process improvements, and promote AI to optimize workflows while navigating a dynamic environment and balancing legacy with rapid modernization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a team of business/functional analysts.
• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve ambiguous problems.
• Excellent customer communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience in sales/marketing domain with an eCommerce background.
• Knowledge of the 2-speed IT model and legacy modernization.
• Ability to apply AI to optimize processes.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead and develop a team of analysts; set direction and standards.
• Build and improve business analysis processes across the organization.
• Act as primary contact between business stakeholders, customers and engineering/delivery teams.
• Facilitate discussions and drive decisions with senior stakeholders.
• Own customer communication and ensure needs are understood.
• Document processes, gather requirements, perform root-cause analysis.
• Identify improvements and drive them through to completion.
