About the Role

As a project manager, you will own the rollout of AI workflows end-to-end at customer organizations. You will evaluate business use cases, build AI agents to solve real problems and successfully onboard users onto our AI adoption platform. You do not need to write code, but you do need to be excellent at understanding users' problems and building agents to address them. You will also need to be empathetic towards non-technical users and explain things in simple words.

What You Will Do

• Plan and run AI implementation projects from kickoff to adoption. You will usually manage two to four projects at the same time, each with its own timeline and success metrics.
• Align stakeholders on the scope of work and manage expectations about what success means before any work starts, so nobody discovers a mismatch at the end of the project.
• Communicate progress with your manager, ask for help when needed and share your hard-won lessons with the rest of the project management team.
• Work closely with sales on handover and with finance on invoicing.
• Keep a simple tracker that answers the question, "What's the status?", without anyone needing to ask you in person.
• Train and support the teams who will use the tool day-to-day. Adoption is the end deliverable.
• At the end of each project, document your learnings and share improvement opportunities with the team.

What a Typical Work Week Looks Like

• Monday: You are spending a full kick-off day at the main office of a customer in the wholesale goods business. You give a live presentation in the morning and help the various teams evaluate and prioritize AI use cases in the afternoon.
• Tuesday: You are building an agent for a law firm specialized in labor law. The agent prepares draft answers to employment law questions based on the customer's documentation.
• Wednesday: You join a call organized by a colleague in sales to present how we propose to support a potential customer on an AI implementation project. In the afternoon, you join an internal call to align on the latest developments to the Wonka AI platform and have a one-to-one call with your manager to share progress on current projects.
• Thursday: In the morning, you continue working on an agent that helps a customer selling HVAC products in Wallonia automate the preparation of technical orders. In the afternoon, you have calls with the HR and sales teams of a customer to share progress and feedback on the two agents you built for them.
• Friday: You spend the day working on an audit and action plan report for the wholesale goods customer and schedule a call for the following week to present your findings. You end your day by sharing your weekly wins with the whole Wonka team.

Core Competencies

• 1–3 years of experience in project or program management, consulting or startup operations, where you deployed practical solutions for clients.
• A professional approach to managing expectations, sharing progress, asking for help and communicating about your work.
• Comfort picking up new software and tools quickly. You do not need to be able to code, but you should be able to quickly build agents that solve real customer problems.
• Clear, plain-language communication skills, both in writing and in a room, with the ability to translate between a technical team and a non-technical one.
• French or Dutch as your primary language, plus proficiency in English. All internal communications at Wonka are in English.
• Comfort working at a startup where things move fast and autonomy is key. Do not expect to wait for someone else to give you answers.

Nice to Have

• You have built several agents yourself using AI tools or other technologies.
• Dutch or French as a second language.

How We Work

As part of your ramp-up, you will be paired with a senior PM on the first day of your first project. Then, we expect you to deliver the project independently, knowing that the other PMs are there to help you. You are expected to organize your work autonomously and arrange practicalities directly with the customer.
