Responsibilities

• Co-lead and develop a team of functional/business analysts: set direction, priorities and quality standards for the team's work
• Build, own and improve business analysis processes and ways of working across the organization
• Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, customers and engineering/delivery teams
• Facilitate discussions and drive decisions with senior stakeholders
• Own customer communication and ensure business needs are understood and represented
• Conduct business analysis in sales and marketing with an eCommerce background
• Document business processes, gather and define requirements
• Perform problem definition and root-cause analysis
• Identify improvement opportunities and drive them through to completion
