Keystone Solutions is seeking a Program Manager Business - Cards for a client project in Brussels. You will act as a Keystone Solutions consultant, delivering transformation and program leadership on-site at client premises and coordinating with a cross-functional team.

Requirements include 10+ years in complex programs, strong business-IT experience, knowledge of cards processing, and international project exposure. The role blends on-site and home-working with travel for Paris meetings.

Mission Overview

The Program Manager Business - Cards role is a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to deliver expertise and drive transformation projects for our client in Brussels.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in the development and management of program plans.
• Responsible for program governance and stakeholder management, including relations and cooperation with group-level stakeholders and suppliers.
• Assist and lead program boards or steering committees.
• Monitor and report on program progress.
• Conduct risk assessment and issue management.
• Manage capacity planning and resource allocation.
• Oversee program delivery management.
• Handle financial management, including budget and business case preparation.

Language Requirements

• Dutch: Ideally, spoken communication skills.
• French: Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• English: Strong written and spoken communication skills.

Education

• Master degree or equivalent by experience.

Travel

• Regular meetings in Paris are required.

Telework

• Expectation: 50% on site and 50% homeworking.

Required Experience / Knowledge

• At least 10 years of relevant experience.

Technical Experience

• Mandatory: Experience working with both business and IT, preferably in an agile environment.
• Good understanding of workflow processes.
• Very good knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (Agile, Prince2, PMBOK, Clarity, MS Project, Harmony, etc.).
• Familiarity with various IT systems.
• Preferable: Familiarity with cards issuing and processing systems.

Business Experience

• Mandatory: Proven experience in managing complex projects or programs.
