Keystone Solutions seeks an Operations Officer for client-site consultancy, engaging in KYC operations and financial compliance tasks. You will manage KYC documentation, screenings, and data quality across multiple client environments.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in KYC operations, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a hybrid on-site/remote setting in Belgium. Fluency in English and French is required, Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Dutch is a plus; fluent French and English.

• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to navigate various IT tools.
• Previous experience in a KYC operational environment.
• Strong interest in finance and banking products.

Responsabilités

• Creation of extensions and KYC recertification for foreign bankers for Global Trade Solutions, including contacts with other CIB sites and tracking recertifications via a rolling calendar.
• FiSaC process for Lenders: control via Financials & Sanctions checklist.
• Daily SUN screening for Sanctions & Embargoes.
• Reconciliation of FATCA and AOEI for CIB clients.
• Daily management of Data Quality reports from central and local CIB tools (KYC DB).
• Inbound KYC: providing KYC documentation for the client upon request from external parties and updating the Swift KYC Registry.
• Follow-up of processes impacting CAP status: RMA, NAP, and termination processes, including instructions for CAP status updates to CIB Referentials.
• Validation of Standard Settlement Instructions in Back Office tools (FXO and Calypso).

Mission Overview:

The Operations Officer role is a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, delivering expertise and value in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Creation of extensions and KYC recertification for foreign bankers for Global Trade Solutions, including contacts with other CIB sites and tracking recertifications via a rolling calendar.
• FiSaC process for Lenders: control via Financials & Sanctions checklist.
• Daily SUN screening for Sanctions & Embargo's.
• Reconciliation of FATCA and AOEI for CIB clients.
• Daily management of Data Quality reports from central and local CIB tools (KYC DB).
