The mission consists of designing, improving, and managing end-to-end business processes related to international payments, ensuring alignment between business needs, technology, and operational execution.

The role focuses on analyzing, optimizing, and documenting processes, while supporting change initiatives and ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.

Beyond process engineering, the objective is to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and risk control, while contributing to Agile delivery and continuous improvement.

The goal is to enable the organization to improve operational performance, streamline payment processes, and ensure robust and compliant process execution within a dynamic and evolving environment.

• End-to-end process analysis and design (Advanced, current experience)

• Process documentation and standardization (Advanced, current experience)
• Agile ways of working (squad-based delivery) (Advanced, current experience)

Experience

• At least 2+ years of relevant experience in process engineering or analysis
• Proven experience in process analysis and change management

Technical Expertise

Mandatory

• Experience with process modelling tools and flowchart creation
• Strong ability to structure and document end-to-end processes

Preferred

• Experience with SharePoint

Business Knowledge

Mandatory

• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies
• Understanding of risk management and control frameworks
• Affinity with testing and preparing demos

Preferred

• Knowledge of payments and international payment processes

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience)
