Keystone Solutions in Brussels is seeking a Talent Recruiter to support a 3-month consultancy assignment at client sites across Belgium and Europe. You will own the full recruitment cycle, partner with hiring managers, and drive sourcing strategies while maintaining high data quality in the ATS.

You will be a trusted partner to business and candidates, coordinate assessments, and negotiate offers, leveraging a competency-based approach and personality testing where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in insurance/financial sectors.
• Competency Based Interviewing, STAR method, and personality tests.
• Excellent communication with hiring managers and candidates.
• Experience with ATS tools (Cegid/Talentsoft a plus).

Mission Overview

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Talent Recruiter for a consultancy mission at a client site in Brussels. As a contractor, you will be an integral part of the HR team, supporting recruitment efforts across the Belgian headquarters and various branches in Europe.

Responsibilities

• You will manage the full cycle recruitment process: understanding the business needs, sourcing, CV screening and interviewing, coordination of tests, and conducting job offer negotiations for different types of profiles.
• You will work with recruiting team members and hiring managers to develop and execute the sourcing strategy.
• You will act as a Trusted Partner for business and candidates, establishing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• You will ensure data quality and keep records up to date in the recruitment tool.

Who We Are Looking For

• A contractor with at minimum a bachelor's degree in human resources or a similar field and a minimum of 5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in the insurance or financial sectors.
• You have a passion for working with people and a competency-based approach: Competency Based Interviewing, use of the STAR method, and personality tests.
• You demonstrate excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills to effectively interact with hiring managers, executive management, and candidates.
• You have strong business acumen to translate business needs into defined talent pipelines and sourcing strategies.
• You are proactive, detail-oriented, and well organized.
• You are a team player with a positive attitude.
• You have experience with ATS-tools (knowledge of Cegid/Talentsoft is a plus).
