Qualifications

• 3+ years of operational knowledge of C2 systems within last 10 years (military or civilian).
• Experience supporting multinational programmes and senior-level governance bodies.
• Programme and Project Management experience in complex, dynamic programmes.
• Knowledge of Configuration Management methods and practices.
• Knowledge of Capability Architectures; DOORS experience.

Responsabilités

• Supporting the ACT Space Branch PMT in CPP delivery across all tranches and projects.
• Supporting SHAPE Space Branch in integrating NATO Space capabilities into planning and operations.
• Coordinating requirements and feedback between SHAPE, ACT, NCIA, NSPA, STC, and national space orgs.
• Developing artefacts: proposals, implementation plans, reviews, risk registers, dashboards, roadmaps.
• Support operational validation of CPP capabilities and integration into NATO C2 structures.
• Synchronizing OSS, SDA, and SDC capabilities and dependencies.
• Refining CONOPS and implementation guidance for NATO Space capabilities.
• Contributing to governance activities and senior leader engagements; PMT meetings.
• Identifying capability gaps and requirements; mitigating risks across space projects.
• Supporting exercises, wargaming, and lessons learned for Space capabilities.
• Participation in training, exercises, and experimentation related to space capabilities.
• Engaging with industry and commercial space actors for NATO Space Strategy.
• Preparing briefings and analyses for SHAPE Space Branch leadership and PMT.

Duties/role

• Supporting the ACT Space Branch PMT in the delivery, synchronization, and implementation of the NATO Space Capability Programme (CPP) across all tranches and associated projects;
• Supporting the SHAPE Space Branch in integrating NATO Space capabilities into operational planning, execution, and validation activities;
• Coordinating operational requirements and user feedback between SHAPE, ACT, NCIA, NSPA, STC, and national space organizations;
• Supporting the development, refinement, and implementation of programme artefacts, including project proposals, implementation plans, programme reviews, risk registers, dashboards, and capability roadmaps;
• Supporting the operational validation of CPP capabilities and their integration into NATO command-and-control structures;
• Supporting the synchronization of Operational Space Support (OSS), Space Domain Awareness (SDA), and Space Domain Coordination (SDC) capabilities and associated dependencies;
• Supporting the refinement of operational concepts, CONOPS, TTPs, and implementation guidance for NATO Space capabilities;
• Contributing to programme governance activities, PMT meetings, Bi-SC coordination mechanisms, and senior leader engagements;
• Assisting with the identification and prioritization of operational capability gaps and associated requirements;
• Supporting the identification, analysis, and mitigation of programme risks, interdependencies, and critical paths across all space projects;
• Supporting NATO exercises, operational experimentation, evaluations, and lessons learned activities involving Space capabilities;
• Supporting experimentation, wargaming, operational demonstrations, and exercises, including Arctic Sentry, Cosmic Sentinel, and related activities;
• Contributing to operational acceptance activities, readiness assessments, and transition planning;
• Supporting training, exercises, and experimentation activities involving space capabilities;
• Supporting engagement with industry and commercial space actors in support of NATO Commercial Space Strategy implementation;
• Preparing briefings, analyses, and recommendations for SHAPE Space Branch leadership and supporting PMT efforts and briefings;
• Directly supporting the Branch Head and travelling to meetings and conferences both within and outside NATO boundaries for up to 30 days per year;
• Performing additional tasks as required by the COTR (in HQ SACT), in close coordination with the ACO Space Branch Head, related to the labor category .
