VECTOR SYNERGY sp. z o.o. seeks a Cyber Security Project Manager to lead NSIP projects in Belgium, focusing on major cyber security procurements. The role requires NATO/DoD exposure and C4ISR delivery experience within a large organization.

You will plan, coordinate, and manage deployment of resources to meet milestones, drive corrective actions, and ensure successful project execution in a defense-oriented context at NATO-related agencies in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related scientific or engineering discipline and 3 years post-related experience OR exceptional demonstration of abilities with at least 10 years of related duties.
• Recent experience as a Project Manager for a large organization delivering C4ISR capabilities within the defence sector.
• At least 2 years direct experience with NATO or a National Ministry of Defense in the delivery of military, CIS, or IT capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Managing NSIP projects and implementing major procurement projects in Cyber Security.
• Identifying, planning, requesting, and managing resource deployment to meet milestones and initiating corrective actions.
• Defining, executing, and ensuring successful project completion, including proposals and source selections per procurement strategy.

Skills, Knowledge, Experience Required

• A minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related scientific or engineering discipline (such as computer science/engineering, information systems, physics, electronics, etc.) and 3 years post-related experience OR exceptionally, the lack of a university degree may be compensated by the demonstration of a candidate's particular abilities or experience that is/are of interest to NCIA, that is, at least 10 years extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to those in this Statement of Work ;
• Recent experience as a Project Manager for a large organization-focused on the delivery of C4ISR capabilities within the defence sector;
• At least 2 years direct experience with NATO or a National Ministry of Defense in the delivery of military, CIS, or IT capabilities.

Desirable

• Experience leading teams of 3-5 personnel;
• Experience in the management of Cyber Security or ICT projects;
• Experience working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements.

Duties/role

• Managing NSIP projects and, in particular, implementing major procurement projects in the area of Cyber Security;
• Identifying, planning, requesting, and managing the deployment of resources to meet project milestones and initiating corrective actions when necessary;
• Defining, executing, and ensuring the satisfactory completion of projects, including preparing and submitting project proposals and contributing to source selections according to the defined procurement strategy.
