Job summary

Securitas Technology Belgium is seeking a PMO Support Officer to handle administrative project setup on customer orders and to support the PMO with purchasing and invoicing in collaboration with Finance.

The role requires strong Dutch and French, plus attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. You will coordinate with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Finance to ensure accurate documentation and consistent workflows within the PMO.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of administrative experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and French; English a plus.
• Highly organized and detail oriented with accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage projects administratively from customer orders.
• Support PMO with project-related purchasing and invoicing in collaboration with Finance.
• Coordinate with Sales, Pre-Sales and Finance for input and documentation flow.
• Implement guidelines, templates and procedures to ensure smooth information flow.
