WLG in Belgium is seeking a PMO/Project Coordinator to support planning, coordination and monitoring of technical projects near Brussels. You will work between engineering teams, management and suppliers to keep plans and dashboards aligned and action closures tracked.

The role requires clear written English and the ability to understand technical concepts, with on-site work in Braine-l'Alleud.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating technical projects in a PMO or delivery team.
• Ability to plan, track and report progress to management.
• Ability to close actions and follow up until done.

Responsabilités

• Support planning, coordination and monitoring of technical projects.
• Coordinate across technical teams, management and suppliers to close actions.
• Build and maintain plans, schedules, risk and issue registers, and minutes.
• Monitor progress and surface delays, risks and dependencies early.
• Prepare management dashboards and status reports.
• Organise project meetings, governance activities and follow-ups.
• Support resource and workload planning and improve coordination processes.
