Job summary

Projective Group Talent in Belgium is seeking a PMO professional to create a clear overview of strategic initiatives and enable consistent delivery across teams. You will build a central portfolio dashboard, monitor progress, risks and resources, and prepare leadership-friendly reports.

This role requires three to five years in PMO or portfolio management, a structured analytical mindset, and fluent Dutch and French (English helpful).

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Between three and five years of experience in PMO, project or portfolio management, consulting, or a related role.
• Experience with project governance, portfolio reporting and coordinating multiple initiatives.
• A structured and analytical approach, with the ability to turn complex information into clear insights.
• Confident communication and facilitation skills when working with leadership, project owners and teams.
• A proactive, hands-on and collaborative mindset, with the confidence to challenge constructively.
• Fluent in Dutch and French, with a good working knowledge of English.

Responsibilities

• Develop a consolidated overview of ongoing projects and strategic initiatives.
• Build and maintain a central portfolio dashboard with reliable project data.
• Monitor progress, milestones, risks, dependencies and resource needs.
• Prepare clear portfolio reports and decision materials for leadership.
• Support teams in applying shared project standards, tools and governance.
• Coordinate quarterly prioritisation and facilitate portfolio review workshops.
• Follow up decisions and actions while encouraging collaboration across departments.
