Job summary

We are seeking a hands-on Project Manager to join Securitas Technology Belgium in Belgium. You will oversee a portfolio of security projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Responsibilities include developing project plans, coordinating engineers, subcontractors and stakeholders, managing risks and changes, and maintaining strong client relationships. A Prince2 background and ICT security experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent through relevant professional experience.
• At least 3 years of proven project management experience, ideally in a technical ICT or electronic security environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects with budgets of at least €250K.
• Knowledge of PRINCE2 methodology; PRINCE2 certification is a strong asset.
• Good technical understanding of ICT environments; experience in electronic security systems is an advantage.
• Ability to manage several projects and priorities simultaneously.

• Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout project execution.

• Ensure projects remain within the agreed scope, budget and deadlines.
• Manage change requests and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Coordinate procurement activities, equipment orders and technical interventions.
• Ensure proper project documentation, reporting and invoicing.
• Organise project closure and handover to the operational and service teams.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Belgium.

Are you an organised and hands-on Project Manager with a strong technical affinity? Do you enjoy coordinating multiple projects, working with different stakeholders and ensuring successful delivery from start to finish?

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects, with individual project values typically ranging from €50K to €500K.

You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and according to our quality standards.

We are looking for someone with solid project management experience and a genuine interest in technology.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent through relevant professional experience.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in project management, ideally in a technical, ICT or electronic security environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects with budgets of at least €250K.
• Knowledge of PRINCE2 methodology; PRINCE2 certification is a strong asset.
• Good technical understanding of ICT environments; experience in electronic security systems is an advantage.
• Ability to manage several projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); MS Project is an advantage.
• Good command of Dutch, French and English.
• Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, make decisions and proactively solve problems.
• Customer-oriented mindset and a collaborative approach.
