Job summary

Securitas is seeking a proactive Project Manager in Belgium to lead a portfolio of technical and security projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure client satisfaction.

With a strong ICT mindset, you will handle multiple priorities, engage stakeholders, and uphold quality standards. A hybrid work setup and international environment accompany this role.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of proven experience in project management.
• Experience managing projects with budgets of at least €250K.
• PRINCE2 methodology knowledge; certification is a strong asset.
• Solid technical interest and ICT/electronic security environment familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of projects from handover to final delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets and resources.
• Coordinate internal teams, engineers, subcontractors and external stakeholders.
• Act as main point of contact for customers during project execution.
• Monitor project performance, finances, risks and quality standards.
• Ensure scope, budget and deadlines are met; handle change requests.
• Organize procurement activities and project documentation.
