Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs Ltd in Belgium seeks a People Assistant to deliver people and payroll services across clubs in Belgium and the Netherlands. You will manage payroll coordination, documentation uploads, and lifecycle activities in line with local law and policy.

The role requires 2/3 days per week at a club and may involve travel to UK events. Fluency in French and English, plus Dutch understanding, is essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English; understanding of Dutch language.
• Full understanding of Belgium payroll requirements (e.g. Dimona, meal vouchers, C4s).
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide people and payroll services to clubs in Belgium and the Netherlands.
• Coordinate payroll activities and HR system updates across regions.
• Ensure processes comply with local employment law, policy and statutory requirements.
• Liaise with payroll team to handle pay queries across clubs.
• Upload relevant documentation to HR system to maintain records.
• Role requires 2/3 days per week in a club and occasional travel to UK events.
