David Lloyd Leisure Ltd. is seeking a People & Payroll Administrator to deliver comprehensive people and payroll services across Belgium and the Netherlands.

You will liaise with the payroll team, support with pay queries, and ensure employee records are accurately maintained in our HR system. The role requires 2–3 days per week in one of our clubs and may involve occasional travel to clubs and events in the UK.

Qualifikationen

• Fluency in French & English; Dutch language understanding.
• In-depth knowledge of Belgium payroll requirements (e.g., Dimona, meal vouchers, C4s).
• Excellent numerical accuracy.
• Strong customer service, planning and organisational skills.
• Experience handling confidential information and GDPR compliance.

Aufgaben

• Provide people and payroll services to all clubs within Belgium and the Netherlands.
• Liaise with the payroll team to support pay queries and ensure accurate records.
• Upload documentation to the HR system to retain employee records.
• Work 2–3 days per week in a club; may require travel to clubs & events in the UK.
