Job summary

Keystone Solutions seeks an HR Specialist – Payroll Operations to join a client-site HR Pay & Post Pay Operations team in Brussels. You will manage remuneration calculations, statutory declarations and SAP changes while collaborating with multiple HR services.

You will work on-site within the client's HR Service Center and ensure timely, compliant payroll execution. The role requires strong numerical and regulatory knowledge, experience in payroll operations, and the ability to communicate in

• Experience as an administrative manager or in managing operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate remuneration calculations within deadlines.
• Complete statutory declarations including social security and payroll tax declarations.
• Implement legal and internal changes in SAP, including testing and validation.
• Collaborate with HR service teams on payroll-related projects.
• Operate as a payroll operations specialist in the HR Pay & Post Pay Operations team.
• Use SAP HR, Excel, DB Access and HR Direct Access for tasks.
• Prioritize daily tasks to meet deadlines.
• Oversee monthly payroll calculations through to salary payment.
• Ensure compliance with statutory deadlines for remuneration declarations.
• Contribute to process testing and feedback for improvements.
• Coordinate with IT/analysts on system changes.
