Responsabilités

• Manage a payroll function and provide training and coaching to team members.
• Assist in monitoring workloads and maintaining high standards of work and organizational performance.
• Ensure TEAM remains in compliance with local payroll regulations.
• Ensure internal key controls are effective and actively performed.
• Collaborate with HR and accounting teams.
• Process Europe employee payroll and collect accurate payroll data.
• Ensure timely approval of pay elements and generate salary sheets and reports.
• Submit payment files to accounting to meet payroll deadlines.
• Provide monthly and end-of-year reporting support.
