Job summary

Asenium Consulting is seeking an HR Payroll Specialist to support payroll and post-payroll operations within an HR Service Center. You will manage monthly payroll calculations, ensure timely salary payments, and handle statutory declarations.

The role requires SAP HR experience, strong MS Office skills, and fluency in Dutch, French, and English. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is expected, with 4–6 years in payroll.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of professional experience in payroll.
• Knowledge and practical experience of SAP HR.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with HR systems and case management tools.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluent Dutch, French, and English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly payroll calculations and follow-up through to salary payment.
• Prepare and monitor statutory declarations, including social security contributions and withholding tax.
• Execute payroll controls, ensuring accuracy and deadlines.
• Support legal and internal changes in SAP HR, including testing, validation, and feedback.
• Coordinate with technical analysts on HR system and payroll process adaptations.
• Collaborate with HR Service Center colleagues, specialist HR teams, and HR Business.
• Manage operational priorities, elevate process issues, and maintain service quality.
